    One of the most common goals in fitness is weight loss. As a society, we spend billions of dollars trying to shed the weight. There are a lot of ways to do it. Most of which are not sustainable and based on selling you a “quick fix” and then it goes away when you no longer buy it. That doesn’t sit right with me.
